AppleOne Properties Partners with DATCHE for Mahi Center’s Security and Safety
Apple One Properties is set to have top-notch security features for its newest development, the Mahi Center. DATCHE‘s Security and Automation Group will be its exclusive provider for CCTV, smart fire detection alarm system or FDAS, structured cabling, private automatic branch exchange or PABX, and its uninterruptible power source or UPS systems.
Mahi Center is a P1B-commercial real estate project that stands in a 7,500+ sqm prime lot at the heart of Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. It’s currently under construction and is slated to operate by 2024.
